ADHD coaching is a structured, one-to-one support relationship focused on helping adults with ADHD build practical strategies for day-to-day life. Unlike therapy, which explores the past, coaching is forward-focused. We work on what’s getting in the way right now and build systems that actually fit your brain.
Therapy tends to focus on mental health, trauma, and understanding the past. Coaching focuses on the present and future. Many clients use both at the same time as they serve different purposes.
No. Many clients are awaiting assessment or self-identified. What matters is recognising the patterns and being ready to take action.
Yes, when it’s the right fit. Coaching is shown to support executive function, self-regulation, and goal achievement, particularly when it’s ADHD-specific.
I work with adults online, worldwide. The majority of my clients are in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, but I also work with clients globally.
We begin with a 30-minute clarity call, followed by structured 6-week or 10-week programmes with 1:1 sessions, WhatsApp support, and access to The ADHD Club.
