HI I'M CHARLOTTE

My Journey

For years, I masked my ADHD. I believed the answer was always to try harder, push more, and be more disciplined. From the outside I looked like I had it together, always achieving, always coping. But inside it was high functioning chaos. I was running on fumes, burning out repeatedly, and quietly feeling like something was wrong with me.
I was also deep in the work. I have been supporting ADHD and neurodiversity since I was 18. I started as a special needs teacher and spent over 15 years helping young people and adults with ADHD and ASD navigate life.

The Breaking Point

At 28, everything collapsed. After years of people pleasing, relentless self criticism, and living in survival mode, I hit severe clinical burnout and I attempted suicide. I genuinely believed I had tried everything and still could not get it right. It felt like I was drowning in a life I had built by accident.

The Transformation

The turning point was realising I had been looking for answers in the wrong places. Productivity hacks, colour coded planners, and wellness trends gave me short bursts of hope, then guilt when nothing stuck. It did not stick because it was never built for my brain.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix myself and started understanding how my ADHD brain actually works. I learned to work with my nervous system, not against it. I stopped chasing someone else’s version of success and started creating a life that felt aligned, sustainable, and true to me.
